TARPAULIN TYPE I

Tarpaulin manufactured from PE woven tapes, is laminated. PE tarpaulin has better durability against the sun and rain.
Available in varying colours and specification to cater the various industries.

Tarpaulin is widely used in the construction, agricultural, transportation industry and also as covers for outdoor products e.g. (swimming pool covers, outdoor furniture covers, etc.)

Finished size tarpaulin with aluminum eyelets, welded with PP/PE ropes at the edges and in rolls is manufactured. U.V. inhibitor is available according to the request from each buyer.

Leno tarpaulin is used for cladding scaffoldings. It is made from U.V. stabilized polyethylene, reinforced with a uniquely strong high density filament net and further strengthened with tough strips of webbing.

These strips are welded at specific intervals, to prevent flapping and enable uniform attachment. 15mm holes are punched to enable fast securing by ties.

Leno tarpaulin with perforation is available. Used as a roofing cover before laying the roof tiles in new or refurbished houses.

Available in rolls and / or sheets in various weight depending on the application can be treated for fire resistance upon request. Leno tarpaulin is designed for use on nuclear power stations, petrochemical refineries, factories and the construction industry.

 
SCAFFOLDING NETS
Requiring technical know how in the knitting process and having the right equipment is important. Scaffolding nets produced from HDPE is available from monofilament and tape extrudered yarns, with eyelet bands every 50 cm or 100 cm apart. The application of such nets is mainly for the construction industry. A durable, light weight netting which not only protects traffic and pedestrians from failing derbis, but also considerably reduces rain and wind penetration whilst allowing air circulation to personnels for a better working environment. U.V inhibitor is incooperated to prevent the nets from degradation. Scaffolding nets is available in various quality, density, colours and design either in rolls or finished sized sheets.
RASCHEL NETS / SHADE NETS
Produced from HDPE, with U.V. inhibitor, the raschel /shade nets is widely used in the agricultural and construction industry. Available in varying densities, colours and design from monofilament or tape yarns is used for/as:
  • Frost protection
  • Hail protection
  • Wind breaker
  • Shade nets in the green house and seedling nursery
  • For collection of produce, such as olives, dates, etc.
  • Insect nettings & anti bird nets
  • Pond cover
  • Shade nets at car parks, ports, water towers,
    plant and work areas:

    • Based on its application such nets are available in rolls or sheets.
