Gili Ketapang Island - Probolinggo

Gili Ketapang

Gili Ketapang is an island that is North Sea of Probolinggo. It has beautiful scenery and there are many sands in the east and south of this, unpolluted and bluish. There are many kinds of colorful corals. It is about 5 miles from Ujung Tembaga port and takes 30 minutes by boat. The population is 7.600, the most of them are Madurese and almost 90% are fishermen.

Beside its scenery, there is also “Goa Kucing”. According to historical, this is the rest place of Syech Ishaq, a person who spread Islam from Blambangan, Banyuwangi. At that time, there are thousands cats, but finally the cats are gone everywhere. Up to know, on Friday “Legi”, the sound of those cats is heard from the dark cave and it will lose when we are trying to find it.

The other unique of this island is people believe that this island have a mysterious power, which can move to the middle of sea. According to them, when Semeru Mountain had exploded, there was an earthquake and the land of Ketapang village had separated to middle of sea about 5 miles from Probolinggo. Because of that, people call this island “Gili Ketapang”. Gili comes from Madura language, which means, “Flow” and “Ketapang” is the name of the village.

Karanggoso Beach - Trenggalek

Karanggongso Beach

Karanggongso beach is about 3 Km, east of Prigi. The beach is 1,5 Km long with its white sand, gullet and clear water which enables the tourists to take a bath. This beach is located in Tasikmadu village. This beach is facilitated with a cottage, a hotel and boats rental, including Hotel Prigi and a hotel belongs to the Regional Government cooperative.

With its natural scenery around, Karanggongso Beach is suitable for the visitor to enjoy the sea air and the waves. There are big stones around the beach. Bungkul Park - Surabaya

BUNGKUL PARK

Mbah Bungkul Grave is resided in Progo Street and bent of Raya Darmo Street. According to GH Von Faber, that Bungkul funeral Complex had there since Hindu era. Pasir Putih Beach is a maritime and nature tourism object because it lies between a sea and a mountain. The route
You can get to Pasir Putih from two directions. First, from Bungurasih (Surabaya bus station), you can take the bus going to Banyuwangi and the fare is 16.000 rupiahs by a regular bus and it takes about 4 hours, but the fare is 26.000 rupiahs if you take patas bus (an air conditioned two-two seat which round trip route in one province with fixed fares). The second direction is from Banyuwangi, you can take the bus station with the bus fare of 13.000 rupiahs and from the station you can take a public transportation (bemo) or regular bus and fare is about 2.500 rupiahs.

Coban Baung Waterfall - Pasuruan

COBAN BAUNG WATERFALL
The waterfall is 100 meters high as one of natural attractions. It is located at Purwodadi village exactly in the east of Purwodadi Botanical garden. It has surrounded by a protected forest with various animals like monkey, deer, etc. It has provided with camping ground.

Grajagan is an interesting beach to visit. A wide clean sand hampers the beach. The hill across the sea, stick on the ground strongly. Bama beach is located in the east of Baluran National Park. You can see the original beach and the fantastic panorama in here. Balekambang Beach - Malang

Balekambang Beach

The beach possessing three islands with distance of about one hundred meters each, two of which have been connected with one meter-wide bridge to the shore, Balekambang offers a different atmosphere of beach resorts in the Southern part of Malang. One of the three islands called Ismoyo island has a Hindu temple, established by local Hindish.
